2.0 Player Home: Alvis Cottage is by the water north of Skaal Village. Alvis Cottage features all your crafting needs. Bethesda linked containers safely store everything you need to store. The cottage has kitchen eating area, den, kids bedroom first floor (optional can be converted for followers), and 2nd floor master bedroom room, lower level guest bedroom, bathing area, and secret display room. The secret room is a tribute to your adventure in DLC2.

What the home includes:

6 mannequins (two in secret room)

6 Hearthfire plant soils

DLC2 shrines Azura, Boethiah, and Mephala (secret room)

All crafting included: Cooking, baking, enchanting, alchemy, forge, smelter, armor workbench, weapon sharpening wheel, spider scroll workstation, staff enchanting workstation.

The lower level includes room for two followers to sleep, a bathing area along with two planters and a portal. A custom spell has NPC followers remove armor when entering the bathing area. The key to the House is by the front door in a chest. If you use a mod for followers to stay in your home the lower level would be their area or optionally the main floor and cellar. The cellar also has a portal that takes you to the four stones and TelMithryn. 

If you want to move your family here use the Custom Family Home Mod to move them or Hearthfire multiple Adoptions. If you use Hearthfire, it will state the home supports two children beds ( if children beds are selected). If you want no kids and four followers there is a button on the wall that switches kids sleeping area to adult follower area. In this case don't use the bless this home spell from the Hearthfire multiple adoptions mod.

There is a secret room see if you can find it.

This mod is not compatible with other house mods in the same cell. House mods are stand alone mods that will conflict with other house mods.
