侠盗猎车手5MOD Toro Handling

我的第二个小处理模式，

总觉得toro太慢了？ 有两个大的V12发动机，它至少应该更快一点。

减少了阻力，增加了一些动力，转移了一点重量，瞧瞧还是沉重的感觉速度巡洋舰船，但现在它也打包了:)

驾驶托罗玩得开心，在自述文件中安装说明！

My second little handling mod, 

Always found the toro too slow ? with 2 big v12 engines it should at least go a bit quicker. 

Reduced the drag and increased some power shifted a bit of weight around and voila a still heavy feeling Speed Cruiser boat, but now it also packs a punch :)
