     Witcher 3\dlc\DLC_BrutalBlood2

 3. In game main menu > Settings > Mods > Brutal Blood >

     Dynamic Decals Limit = 9000

     Dynamic Decals Chunk Limit = 9000

     Decals Budget = 350
