Tel Sarys is a modest Telvanni dimensional house in its own world cell. This is the second of the series of Sheogorath inspired dimensional houses I plan on making. They are a prequel to another mod I am working on with the same sort of feel. It is in a larger world cell than my previous bottle house, Chateau du Fromage, but it also has much more to do. There are four different merchants scattered around in their own homes with their own schedules. There is also a netch farm in the back forty and a shrine to Sheogorath next to the return bottle in the front yard. 

Tel Sarys includes a small bottle that serves as a health potion also. When consumed, it will teleport you to a strange world with crafting, resting, some harvesting of Dragonborn ingredients and restore 10 points of health. There are 50 planting plots scattered around the outside cell that accept all the plants Hearthfires normally does, plus plants from both Dawnguard and Dragonborn. They will also accept Poisonbloom, but be quick about harvesting them. I have extended the timer with enough time to harvest them without setting of their trap but the trap has not been removed completely. 

It is fully navmeshed, while followers will not follow you, if you have a mod that has a call spell, they will be able to move around, and there are also two beds for them to use if you choose to park them. You can find the bottle in the New Gnisis Cornerclub, upstairs. It is not considered theft so the bottle will not be taken if you are caught. Consume the bottle and you are good to go. When you're ready to travel back to Tamriel, activate the empty bottle in the front yard and you will be teleported back to the same spot you left from or use the map in the main house to teleport to any of the major cities and Raven Rock, if you've already been there. You will be given a new bottle as soon as you leave the reservation. (Yes, I know it's a large world for a house, No, I don't care, nor will I change it. So don't ask. I made it that large to make the cell look like what's depicted in the bottle.)
