This is a compatibility package that introduces all the functions of vanilla GTA V and other main mods to the Civilian Obey Omnis,like conversions, spawn in traffic and so on. So now you can find it and custom it in game like any other vehicle. 

Installation: 

1.Download and install "Civilian Obey Omnis": it#gta5-mods#com/vehicles/civilian-obey-omnis-add-on 

2.Put "COOCP" in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks 

3.Add dlcpacks:\COOCP\ to dlclist.xml in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
