Description:
After growing tired of dumping my bound weapons as I progressed in game, I decided to make myself an overhaul of the system. My main aim was to remove the Soul Trap, which feels unnecessary, as well as the frankly annoying Turn Undead effect. I present my personal mod solution to you, the community, to use/edit/throw in the bin as you see fit.
Bound Equipment Overhaul Feature List:
Introduces a Bound Shield as an Apprentice level skill (Left Hand only) with appropriate enchantment upgrades from perks.
Changes the base perk requirements to make them a little more balanced for the new effects. Details below.
Attempts to make Bound Equipment progress with the player without actually editing the intrinsic damage values.
Attempts to touch as little of the system as possible to provide as much compatibility as I can, however, other perk mods that affect the 3 vanilla Bound Weapon perks will conflict. Versions for Ordinator and Path of Sorcery (as different downloads) are now available, details of which can be found at the bottom of the page.

Weapons - Reduce the target's Magic Resistance by 15% for 2 seconds
Shield - 40pt Ward when blocking
Oblivion Binding II
"Bound weapons bind targets to oblivion, causing a reduction in both their physical and magical defenses. Bound shields project a strong ward when raised and are more effective at blocking."
Requires Conjuration 90
Weapons - Reduce the target's Magic and Physical Resistance by 15% for 2 seconds
Shield - 80pt Ward when blocking, Fortify Block by 10%

As a note, this version has not been thoroughly tested due to the mod being made for an ongoing modlist that I would rather not upset. I am confident that my perks will work, but the functionality of the Ordinator perks (and the count effect on Rend From This World 2). If you use this version and everything seems to work, PLEASE TELL ME so that I can remove this disclaimer for any future users.

Rend From This World 2 (Conjuration 60) - Bound weapons bind targets to oblivion, reducing their physical defenses and trapping their soul
upon death. After trapping 250 souls, all bound weapon perks last twice
as long. Bound shields project a strong ward when raised and are more
effective at blocking.
All Weapons - Reduce Physical Resistance by 15% and cast Soul Trap for 3 seconds. After trapping 250 souls, all bound weapon perks last
twice as long.
Shield - 80pt Ward when Blocking and Fortify Blocking by 10%
The Following perks are unchanged from standard Ordinator:
50 - Void Burn
60 - Hollow Binding

Since this mod uses the vanilla Mystic Binding, Soul Stealer and Oblivion Binding perks, they continue to work as my original mod.
Requirements for first rank perks returned to vanilla levels.
Patched the weapons to add PoS enchantments for the "Thirsty Blade" perk.
Added 25% regeneration for Stamina, Magicka and Health for Ranks 1, 2 and 3 of the "Thirsty Blade" perk.
Updated description for "Thirsty Blade" to reference the added Shield effects.
