This mod free save game does the absolute minimum questing to

1. Get Delphine and Esbern to SkyHaven Temple and 

2. Have Serana as a companion.

Update

1. Reduced carryweight to 300 from 100,300

2. Set movement speed back to default

Additional Notes

1. PC is a female imperial, level 8, perk points spent

2. Console commands were used for efficiency. Two things you will notice

a. Not all areas are explored

b. All 4 effects of many alchemy reagents are known
