By request of kdynamite74 on the forums, this just makes General Carius's (heavy) armor playable and temperable, and adds a second set of armor to the table, next to where Carius stands, at Fort Frostmoth.

This is .esp only, with no outside assets. For that reason, I did not attempt to change the vanilla ground model, which displays Tullius's armor, instead of Carius's armor.
