This was requested by ReN on the 5mods server and I though, this is not a bad idea. 

The allows you to set default radios on any vehicle that you want, with support for custom audio files via NAudio.

Prerequisites 

- GTA V 1#0#231.0 (After Hours) or higher (required) 

- ScriptHookV 1#0#1493.0 or higher (required) 

- ScriptHookVDotNet 2#10#6 or higher (required) 

Install 

- Put everything that is on the 7z file in your scripts folder
