This is a custom home mod that I did in Skyrim SE with a few unique qualities about which you will find out when you download this mod. It also has a small farm, stable, target practice, livestock, etc on the exterior of the house. This house is located near the watchtower in Whiterun that you goto as part of the main questline. It also includes a custom follower/bard/merchant named Ramona, who specializes in one-handed combat, ignores friendly hits, and has just about everything you need on your dragon slaying adventures Dohvahkiin. To recieve to key, you can either kill bandit mage located nearby, wait for Ramona to come outside and either pickpocket or trade with her.
