X：\ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data \ extratitleupdatedata.meta

然后用记事本打开它，添加新行

dlc_SKYLINE：/

更新：/ dlc_patch / SKYLINE /

保存并使用OpenIV替换它。

3）使用OpenIV

X：\ Grand Theft Auto V \ update \ update.rpf \ dlc_patch \

创建一个名为skyline的文件夹，然后在其中添加content.xml。

1) Use OpenIV extract 

X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update#rpf\common\data\dlclist#xml 

then use notepad open it,add new line 

dlcpacks:\skyline\ 

Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
