Nothing more to say, simply all basic functions of the game

Please tell me what things to add/fix, I might have forgotten something in the update, so please tell me in the comments. And no, this still doesn't have dials because GTA has nothing that fits the long dashboard type... Hope you like it anyway :) 

Keep in mind, this model is converted straight from GTA IV, so anything you find funny with the model, I will try to fix, if you just tell me in the comments. Thank you!
